Copy & Paste Magic
No CSV file? No problem! Our new Copy & Paste feature lets you transfer your 1099 data directly into our system. You can simply copy the data from your existing file, paste it into our system and map the data to the respective fields.
Google Sheets Integration
In addition to the CSV import option, TaxBandits will allow you to import your 1099-NEC data from a Google Sheet right from your Google Drive this tax season.
Two-Factor Authentication
With TaxBandits, data security is a given! That’s why we’ve simplified our 2FA process. Now, all you need is your phone number to add an extra layer of protection to your account. It’s so easy!
Navigating the New Layout
We know change can be a challenge, but we’ve made navigation as intuitive as possible. Here’s a quick guide to help you find your way:
- Form Summary Page: This revamped page now features a tabbed interface for a comprehensive overview of federal, state, and recipient copy distribution requirements. Access a detailed view of all prepared forms under the Federal tab, check state compliance under the State tab, and choose distribution options under the Form Distribution tab.
- 1099/W-2 ‘All Payers’ Dashboard: Manage filings for all payers from a single location. This unified view provides a summary of both submitted and unsubmitted forms, including the last modified date and time. Easily file new forms or download previous ones.
- 1099/W-2 Individual Payer Dashboard: For a more detailed view, this dashboard shows all transmitted 1099/W-2 forms and uploaded files for a specific payer. Track forms that are started but not yet completed in the “Unsubmitted section” and review or verify the status and details of submitted forms.
