  • Wages and tips that are subject to Additional Medicare Tax Withholding
  • Deferred employer/employee share of social security tax
  • Qualified small business payroll tax credits for increasing research
  • Amounts reported on Form 941 for the credit for qualified sick and family leave wages taken before and After April 1, 2021.
  • Amounts reported on Form 941 for the employee retention credit
  • Amounts reported on Form 941 for the COBRA Premium Assistance Credit

You can also claim unreported and over-reported taxes on Form 941-X. It is worth noting that you are able to explain your corrections on Part 4 of the form.
