To prepare for the 2013 tax year, ExpressTaxFilings will disable filing for the 2012 tax year. If you have unsubmitted forms for the 2012 tax year, they need to be transmitted no later than 11:59pm EST on 12/2/2013. Any unsubmitted forms that have not been transmitted will be deleted on December 3, 2013 so we can update our website for the 2013 W-2 & 1099 filing season.
